Delivery is by lift or by stairs only. Hoisting service will not be provided.
Trolley fee and/or Carry up fee is $70 per floor per item with a maximum of 8 floors. Weight restrictions will apply for carry up items.
Pls ensure items will fit the lift / door / hallway / stairs and is not obstructed. An allowable space to unpack & assemble the item/s and ample protection for floors and carpets should be provided. Tequila Kola will not be held liable for any damage to floors, carpets or walls during delivery & assembly.
Someone must be present to inspect the items during the scheduled delivery unless other delivery instructions were given beforehand. If possible, the delivery team will allow a waiting period and you will be informed when they have to leave; re-delivery charges will apply.
Tequila Kola will not be held liable for any claims once we have left premises and the items have been signed for.
