Full payment is required prior to :

  • Full-priced items have a 6-month limited warranty.  Sale items are excluded.  

    Return and Exchange
    You have 14 days to request for a Return or an Exchange. To start a return or an exchange, you can contact us thru

  • Once return is confirmed, pick up fee (if applicable) and re-stocking fee will apply and we will get in touch with you to discuss further pick up or exchange details. We do not offer refunds.
  • Online Shop Credit will be issued for Online Purchases
  • In-Store Purchases will be issued with In-Store Credit
  • Credit Notes are valid for 6 months from issue date and will automatically expire after. 
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same original condition and unused. For pick up items, our delivery crew will inspect it on site.

  • Damages and Issues
    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.   Please be aware that items may have been put on discount for a reason.
